WIKA designed and manufactures the GPU-2000, a unique unit for SF6 gas handling. The company has recently signed an agreement with ABB, Inc., which intends to be the exclusive distributor in the United States for this gas-processing cart.
On January 7, 2019, WIKA USA signed an exclusive distribution agreement with ABB, Inc. (ABBN: SIX Swiss Ex).This partnership gives the multinational corporation exclusive rights to US distribution of WIKA’s best-in-class SF6 gas handling unit, the GPU-2000 .
The GPU-2000 is unique in that it is the only gas-processing machine that boasts SIL-2 compliance. Developed specifically for the high demands of working with SF6 gas, this all-in-one unit – for SF6 handling, replacement, and cleaning – offers superior performance and extensive storage possibilities.
