Ever since construction was completed at the WIKA R&D Center for Temperature Measurement in 2019, the refinery and petrochemical industry has been abuzz with possibilities about what this world-renowned facility can do.
We replicate processes to provide innovative solutions and apply real data to industry challenges for temperature measurement. This 6,000 sq ft campus consists of a reactor and full-sized gas-fired furnace, with on-site data collection and analysis of reactor thermometry and tubeskin measurement. With the ability to easily start and stop the testing, and manipulate conditions to evaluate possible solutions, our engineers help customers troubleshoot and optimize their processes without interrupting operations.
